Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top information technology up.

Check the hydraulic/manual oil level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is also low, add it.

Check air filter elements. Supplant if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, summit it up.

Every 250 hours

Cheque or replacing engine primary air filter elements. Modify if necessary. Air filter office number - 3824032V1.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Replace equally required. Part number - 3824033V1.

Supplant engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE 10W-thirty, 15W-40, 20W-forty. API service classification SE, SF, CC, CD. How much is required: Engine Oil Capacity - half dozen.0 qt (five.seven L). Check motor oil level after irresolute.

Oil filter irresolute. Filter part number - 1447082M2. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add together oil if required.

Clean the radiator fins with a brush from dust.

Inspect alternator/fan belt. Change if necessary.

Cheque cycle bolt torque.

Every 500 Hours

Supercede fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 836218V92. Check diesel fuel fuel pump performance.

Steering oil filter changing. Steering filter element part number: 1052097V1. Later on replacing the filter, bank check the steering oil level. Add oil if required. Steering Oil Capacity - 0.8 qt (0.7 L).

Change front beam lubricant. Front Axle Oil Blazon - Permatran.

Bank check the fittings and hoses. Tighten equally required.

Every one thousand Hours

Supersede hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended oil type - Permatran three, SAE 10W-thirty. How much to pour: Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Capacity - 8.ii gal (31 L). Add together hydraulic/manual oil to the upper marker on the dipstick.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter office number: 1810694V92 or 1687042V91. When installation process is complete, check the hydraulic oil level. Add fluid if necessary.

Cheque radiator coolant. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine low idle speed. If necessary, adapt the engine idle speed.

Accommodate service and parking brakes.

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Conform engine valve clearance.

Inspect and conform diesel fuel injector pump.
